1. Custom Fulfillment and Production
All products are printed-on-demand and bespoke to each order. Production is handled by our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful. By placing an order, you acknowledge that items are manufactured specifically for your request, and production times may vary based on demand and logistics.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Once an order has been processed and printed, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the email address provided. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or international shipping processes.
3. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. In the event of a manufacturing defect, misprint, or damage during transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence to arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Payment and Billing
Payment processing is securely managed by Stripe. Your credit card information is encrypted and handled externally; we do not store sensitive financial data on our servers. Transactions will appear on your statement under the name YOURGIFTLISTS .
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and content featured on this site are the intellectual property of the site owner and/or the featured artist. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
